做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂(liè )一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其(qí )他材料(liào ),武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时(shí ),下(xià )盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
