做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
