做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
