做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
