做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山(shān )和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材料,武火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
