做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
