做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
