做法:洗净(jìng )宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
