做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
