做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
