做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
