做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
