做法:洗净(jìng )宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清(qīng )水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待(dài )油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
