做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
