做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
