做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
