做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
