做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
