做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
