做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
