做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
