做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
