做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块(kuài )在(zài )锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成(chéng )热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲(bāo )一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
