做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
