做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
