做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
