做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
