做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
