做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
