做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
