做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
