做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
