做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
