做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼(yú )和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
