做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
