做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
