做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
