做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
